This week we’re featuring Sirloin Steaks from Oak Barn Beef in the Large Boxes. Oak Barn Beef’s cattle are raised in Unadilla, NE on a farm operated by the Esch family. All of their beef is dry aged for the best flavor, and their cattle are DNA tested promote the genetics to produce delicious beef!
There are many tasty ways to use these steaks, but consider cutting them up and making kabobs like the farmers from Oak Barn did in the picture below!
