Robinette Farms is a diversified, commercial, small-scale, family farm that is working to become Certified Organic and GAPs Certified. Located in Martell, Nebraska, they grow over 80 varieties of vegetables on 10 acres, and grow Micro Greens year round in full sun in their greenhouse. Since their first year of farming in 2010, their goal has always been to build a business that supports their family, reduces their negative impact on the environment, and educates the community about the food we eat and enjoy.

Cultiva is coffee roastery founded in 2004 in Lincoln. We expanded to three shops in 2015, and our two cafes offer delicious brunch options along with beautiful caffeinated beverages. Cultiva Labs is our coffee roastery, featuring an espresso bar. It also houses our bean-to-bar chocolate operation, Sweet Minou, the first business of its kind in Nebraska. All our coffees are roasted dated for freshness and produced as environmentally friendly and ethically sourced as possible.

Along with their row crop production, AVP is transitioning some of their land to Certified Organic production methods. Honey Creek Creamery’s yummy products include goat milk gelato and national-award winning chevre. A certified dairy since 2010, Honey Creek Creamery is committed to good environmental practices from raising our goats humanely, growing our own organic alfalfa, maintaining clean barns and processing rooms and taking daily goat hikes to ensure goats are healthy. We pride ourselves on small-batch, high-quality products crafted on our 127-acre Century Farm.
RhizoCity Farms, owned and operated by Skylar Falter and Matt Pirog, is applying bio-intensive, regenerative farming techniques to urban landscapes for the purpose of producing abundant, nutrient-dense food for southeast Nebraska. Our background in engineering and biological studies inspires us to create highly-efficient systems that regenerate soil and produce a bounty of food with minimal use of fossil fuels.
Big Green Tomato
Big Green Tomato was started by Jack, Michelle and Ali Dill a little by accident. In 2009, Michelle discovered that she had severe intolerances to egg, dairy, and gluten. Michelle began experimenting with recipes and found her granola was a favorite. Products today contain so many ingredients, many that aren’t necessary. The Dill family is tired of reading labels that claim to be “free of” undesirable ingredients, but then contain other undesirable ingredients acting as replacements. When the Big Green Tomato label says “free of,” they didn’t replace it with something that didn’t need to be there in the first place. The BGT motto, “Simple Ingredients. No Funny Business” is a promise that you can trust. The Dill family works together in Fort Calhoun, Nebraska kitchen measuring, baking, packaging, (and of course sampling), and they are excited and proud to share their granola with you.
Straight Arrow Bison
The Straight Arrow Bison Ranch at Broken Bow, NE has been raising bison for over 25 years. Their goal is to care for the soil which in turn will nourish the animals to provide healthy meats to nourish people. The herd is managed to mimic nature as much as possible, by keeping the herd together year-around, and using no vaccinations, antibiotics, growth hormones or other medications. The bison are kept healthy by frequent pasture rotation and by putting apple cider vinegar in the water to maintain gut health. “ No-stress harvest” means there is no release of cortisone into the meat prior to slaughter. Marty and Karen Bredthauer are proud of living up to their motto, “Honest to goodness good for you.” The ranch is inspected annually by “A Greener World” to maintain Animal Welfare Approval and 100% Grassfed certification.
Spiritus Vitae Botanicals
Spiritus Vitae Botanicals, owned and operated by Paul & Nicole Saville, is Nebraska’s first and only medicinal herb farm. They founded SVB in 2013, shortly after Nicole graduated from Bastyr University with a degree in Herbal Medicine. They are stewards of the land and use only natural methods and inputs in the growing and processing of the herbs they grow. They strive to provide the local community with high quality herbs and herbal products while working to rebuild the soil and reduce their carbon footprint.
Davey Road Ranch
Founded in 2012, Davey Road Ranch is the first and only Certified Organic, Certified Grass-fed, Animal Welfare Approved, A2 Jersey dairy in the United States. Husband and Wife duo Ben Gotschall and Tammy Austin use the Grass-fed milk from their A2 Jersey cows to make delicious dairy products for on-farm and wholesale customers.
