Lacinato kale

This kale is also known as Dinosaur kale. It’s a mild kale that is delicious raw in mixed green salads or toss it into a stir fry.

Broccoli

The first broccoli of the season! Don’t forget about those delicious stalks —shred them to add to any summer slaw recipe you might be making.

Pea shoots

Salads, sandwiches, wraps, soups, top your pizza, spring rolls…eat them by the handful….

Green onions

Remember once you use up all the onion if you leave an inch or so at the root end in some water you can regrow them for next week!

White carrots

Use these beauties just as you would orange carrots 😉 CLICK HERE for info about the tops!

Mustard Greens

Saute these greens with stock and garlic (veggie box subscribers use those scapes!) Add in a little stoneground mustard and you’ve got a fantastic side.

Garlic scapes

These taste just like garlic! Chop them up and cook them or use raw as you would a green onion.

Salad mix

I LOVE this salad mix! Fresh and delightful for all those summer salads you want to eat!

Sage

So good in a brown butter sauce or olive oil. Use with pasta, white beans, or roast chicken.

Eggs

Free Range chickens give the best eggs and these are coming to you from hens that spend their days out and about on the Delish farm right near Hallam.

Oregano

A little goes a long way. It likes to be paired with steak and also tuna.

Ground lamb

Lamb is great used in Mediterranean recipes. Meatballs and kabobs come to mind…
